How much does it cost to have a drain unblocked?
Blocked drains can be quick and easy to clear thanks to the modern equipment our engineers have at their disposal. But sometimes there is a deeper, underlying problem that is causing the blockage, or damage to your drain. Until an engineer has had chance to survey the drain it is impossible to know.
How soon can you get to my house?
Call our team now to find out. We aim to offer all our customers a same day service and we are available to take your call at any time. How quickly an engineer can reach you to unblock your drain will depend on how busy we are at the time of your call and where your nearest engineer is situated at that time.
It's the middle of the night, can you still help?
We aim to offer all our customers a same day service and we are available to take your call at any time. Due to the nature of out-of-hours work though, we may not be able to respond to you as promptly in the middle of the night as we typically would do during regular daytime trading hours.
What happens if you can't unblock my drain?
All our engineers have the very latest CCTV camera survey equipment installed in their vans ready for use on any job that requires it. A camera survey will help us take a closer look down your drain and diagnose the problem so we can advise you of the best course of action.
Can you get rid of the smell coming from my drain?
Yes, you’ll be pleased to know we can. Bad smells coming from household drains are a common problem and one that our skilled drainage engineers are experienced in fixing. We use the latest high-pressure drain jetting equipment to effectively clear blocked drains including sinks, showers, baths and toilets.
When do I need to pay and how can I pay?
Payment is only requested upon completion of the work and we accept a range of payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards for your convenience.
